 My dream destination for the winter break  is Crete, a Greek island in the Mediterranean Sea. I would like to go there because it is quiet, peaceful and the views and the atmosphere there are amazing.

Mysterious Creatures

In my opinion there are some real creatures:Yeti and Big Foot. I think there are many stories about it. The Yeti is such a large monster with white fur that finds itself where no one is.

Phones in Classroom

Many times there is a heated discussion between students and teachers about using phones during lessons. Some students seem to be obsessed with constant scrolling of their social media, replying to messages or even just holding their phones.

Etwinning projects

 Our school is a partner of many European projects via eTwinning.

The shield is held up by the native Australian animals the kangaroo and the emu, which were chosen to symbolise a nation moving forward, based on the fact that neither animal can move backwards easily.

Spain -a holiday destination

 Spain is the place where I would like to live.

Spain is a big country in a southern Europe. Tourists love it, because there is a beautiful weather and a lot of interesting places. Spanish cuisine is amazing! 

Mumintrollen - a beloved cartoon

I like Muminki, because it is a lovely cartoon. The white creatures are small. They are similar to hippo-babes. Muminki live in  Finnland. The heros  of this cartoon are; Włóczykij, Muminek, Muminek's mum, Muminek's dad, Little Mi, Migotka and Ryjek.

Children's day - What to do outside

June 1 is one of the happiest holidays in Poland. It is children's day. This year students from our school had an opportunity to spend a day outside and play together after long (8 months) time of pandemic's online education at home.

Europe Day - competiton, videoconference, activities.

 Every year on May 9th we celebrate Europe Day.

In our school we had a few activities connected to this day. Firstly, there was a competition for the best journey across Europe.

The first place went to Konstanty Chmielewski from 7C for his idea of a board game called Europoly.

Our Favourite Websites

 We took a survey during our classes about what websites young people use.

Weronika:

My favourite website is YouTube. I use this page to listen to music and to watch interesting videos. YouTube has got many advantages. For example, you can upload your own videos and maybe even become famous! Moreover, this website helps me in learning because there are a lot of videos made by teachers and tutors. Unfortunately, I can’t spend as much time as I would like to on YouTube. So it could be its disadvantage: it consumes too much of my time!
