What do you think about adverts directed at kids?
In my opinion, the advertisement in this film should not be aimed at children as it may disturb their psyche and may have emotional problems. In my opinion, such advertisements should only be targeted at adults.
Article 2 of the Federal Act of Art. 32 of the Federal Law of Communication No. 6-A on "Children's Protection" prohibits advertisers from producing, publishing, distributing and advertising any advertisement aimed at children with the exception of advertisements for clothes that are at least 12 years old.
Article 5 prohibits sellers from selling products that are potentially harmful to children. If they are found guilty of doing this, they may face fines between €100 and €1,000 depending on the circumstances of the case.
